Meet Your Hosts
No couple ever really knows where life is going to take them. But when Mike and Lacy got married in 2008 they were confident that it would take them somewhere great.
Mike grew up in Southern Ontario and Lacy in small town Missouri. Travel and adventure have always been a big part of both of their lives, infact, it was while doing volunteer work in Africa that they met!
In 2011 life brought the 2 of them to the Village of South River and shortly after, their family grew with the addition of their 2 daughters, Zoey and Ember, and their dog, Whalley.
While living in town had some advantages, it was the country that called to them. In 2020 they moved 20 minutes outside of town to their dream property.
When they are not turning over a treetop unit, or chatting with guests, they can often be found working around the homestead or out exploring the local trails and lakes.
